Renovation and conversion of an old gatehouse into an office and workshop unit. The building is a protected monument and was purchased shell by the builder. Minor alterations were made to the building over the years. No original elements remain. All the interventions are reversible so that the building can be brought back to the state of purchase. Three materials are used: blue steel, wood and glass. The staircase is the eye-catcher of the whole.
