The existing English court is covered with glass floor plates so that the underlying space can remain and be used with natural light, while still connecting the living spaces to the garden. The garden will have shrubby plants, attractive to pollinators, butterflies and birds. Against the blank garden wall will be a multifunctional furniture. The roof floor will have 2 bedrooms and a common relaxation area over 2 floors. The roof extension faces the prachitge view of the city, over the roofs of the surrounding houses.
