During the design process, we once made the mistake of forgetting the difficult urban planning regulations. However, the result was exactly what the client wanted. We then negotiated with the city and the proposal was granted.
This old home had 2 bedrooms, a small living space and an uncomfortable ground floor layout. The family of 4 was missing another bedroom and wanted a larger living space with more contact with the lower garden. The wood-frame extension includes a bedroom and bathroom, an extension to the living space and a connecting terrace.
